Time Machine: A Letter from Little Miss Meow

A few years ago, something magical happened. Miss Meow’s mom handed her a letter—one that had been quietly waiting for decades. It was part of an elementary school project called The Time Machine, where each student wrote a letter to their future self. Miss Meow, just 12 years old at the time, had scribbled down a big dream:

“One day, I want to have my own cake shop.”

Fast forward to today—and here it is. Once in a Blue Moon Bakery is no longer just a dream. It’s real. It’s sweet. And it’s filled with the same wonder and heart that little Miss Meow poured into that letter.

But this bakery is more than sugar and flour—it’s a way to support her other passion project: Purr Vida Lounge, a cozy cat café where rescued felines find love, healing, and forever homes. Miss Meow has always baked treats for the lounge’s guests, and soon people began asking for her recipes—the impossibly fluffy Japanese cheesecake, the rich flourless chocolate cake, the dreamy tiramisu, and whimsical fondant-covered birthday cakes that feel like edible art.

So she listened. She baked. And now, Once in a Blue Moon Bakery offers made-to-order desserts with a touch of childhood magic and a mission of love—for cats and cake alike.

Because sometimes, when the moon is just right… childhood dreams do come true.
